GIVE YOURSELF A BREAK

  1. I'm trying to set up my home work out system now. I have a treadmill. I want to do other things also. I feel better working out first thing in the morning. Get it done and over with. It gets your day started.

  2. It's so hard to stay on top of being healthy! I have started walking every morning - really early before the rest of my family is awake. It's not strenuous, but getting some fresh air and exercise early in the mornings has been a great boost to my healthy lifestyle, or attempted healthy lifestyle:)
