EXERCISE
Exercise is a key stress-busting activity. Not only does it naturally remove the stress hormone cortisol from the body, but it actually increases your happiness by flooding you with feel-good endorphins. Exercise should really be a component of anyone’s life, but if you are stressed, it is particularly helpful. Exercise is also known to hugely increase your energy levels, which can only be a good thing if you are constantly busy, running around after children and working, for example.
