COCO?
Daring Coco is a life and style journal by Melbourne based creative Sonia De Macedo. A metaphoric love child of Debbie Harry and Stevie Nicks with an aesthetic to match. She is a weaver of words and an amateur photographer with an avidly appreciative eye for design. Daring Coco showcases her unique, individualist voice via photographic musings and opinion pieces highlighting trending topics and subjects. It also features sartorial advice, including her own personal bohemian, luxe rock ‘n’ roll style, travel adventures and the occasional review and observation on places of interest.
WHAT’S IN A NAME?
Daring as in I-dare-you, and Coco after her petite sized ball of gossamer euphoria. Contrary to belief, the name itself an oxymoron, coined to pay homage to her adored fur-baby. Because daring she is not. Though Miss Coco rarely makes an appearance on the blog, she can occasionally be found over on Sonia’s Instagram account.
